Park City Yoga Center Refund Request Procedures


1) Written procedures for prorated refunds of unexpired passes will be
posted both on the PCYC website (www.parkcityyogacenter.com) and at
the former location of PCYC
(1662 Bonanza, Suite A and B).

2) Requests for refunds from PCYC will be accepted only in writing.

3) Requester must include their name, address, phone number and pass
information (starting date, ending date, how many unused passes
remain). Passes expiring on or before February 23rd, 2007 will not be
refunded.

3) The period to request a prorated refund is from February 24th
though March 31st, 2007.

4) PCYC will refund within 90 days from the end of the request period
(June 29th, 2007), the prorated amount of the unused pass, if funds
are available.

5) Requests for refunds are to be addressed to:
